Refund and Cancellation Policy
Veedee Solutions LLP operates the https://veedeesolutions.in website, which offers recruitment services and optional paid candidate premium plans. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how payments, plan activations, cancellations, and refund requests are handled when you purchase a plan through our website. By making a payment on our Service, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Scope of this policy
This policy applies to online payments made by registered candidates for premium visibility and priority support plans offered on our website, including but not limited to:
- Priority Plan: ₹999 for 90 days validity;
- Premium Plus Plan: ₹1599 for 180 days validity.
The Free plan does not require payment and is not covered by refund provisions in this policy. Recruitment services, job applications, and general website usage are governed by our Terms and Conditions.
Payment processing
All paid plan transactions are processed through our authorised third-party payment gateway partner, Cashfree. When you initiate a purchase, you are redirected to a secure payment page operated by the payment gateway. Veedee Solutions LLP does not store your full card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers.
A plan is considered successfully purchased only after we receive verified confirmation of payment success from the payment gateway. Premium plan benefits are activated in your candidate dashboard only after such verification. A payment that fails, is abandoned, or is cancelled before completion will not activate any paid plan benefits.
Plan activation
Upon successful payment verification:
- your selected plan is activated against your registered candidate account;
- the plan validity period begins from the date of activation;
- applicable premium benefits become available for the duration of the active plan;
- a payment record is maintained in our system for reconciliation and support purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are logged into the correct candidate account before completing payment. Plan benefits are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another user account after activation.
Cancellation before activation
If you cancel or abandon the payment process before successful completion, no charge is processed for that attempt and no premium plan is activated. You may return to your dashboard at any time and initiate a new purchase.
If payment is debited from your account but the transaction is not marked successful on our website, please do not attempt repeated payments immediately. Contact us with your order reference, transaction ID, payment date, and registered email so we can verify the status with the payment gateway.
Cancellation after activation
Paid premium plans are prepaid services with a fixed validity period. Once a plan has been successfully activated, it cannot be cancelled mid-term for a partial refund, and remaining unused days do not entitle you to a refund or credit unless required by applicable law.
We do not offer automatic renewal. When your plan validity expires, your account reverts to the applicable free-tier experience unless you purchase a new plan.
Refund policy
All plan charges are non-refundable after successful activation, except where a refund is mandated under applicable Indian law or expressly approved by Veedee Solutions LLP in writing.
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: the same plan was charged more than once for a single purchase request, and the duplicate transaction is verified by our payment records;
- Failed activation: payment was successfully collected but the corresponding plan was not activated on your account due to a technical error on our platform;
- Unauthorised transaction: a verified fraudulent or unauthorised payment reported within a reasonable time, subject to investigation and payment-gateway findings;
- Legal requirement: where applicable law requires a refund to be issued.
Premium plans provide enhanced profile visibility and priority support features. They do not guarantee employment, interview selection, or placement outcomes. Dissatisfaction with job-search results, lack of interview calls, or change of mind after plan activation does not qualify for a refund.
Refund request process
To request a refund review, contact us within 7 business days of the transaction date and provide:
- your full name and registered email address;
- plan name purchased;
- payment date and amount;
- order reference or transaction ID from Cashfree/payment confirmation;
- a brief description of the issue.
Approved refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method or through the payment gateway’s standard refund mechanism. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or UPI provider and are typically subject to 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we may suspend access to premium benefits while the matter is investigated. We reserve the right to provide transaction evidence to the payment gateway or financial institution handling the dispute.
Service modifications
We may revise plan features, pricing, or validity periods from time to time. Any such changes apply to new purchases made after the updated terms are published on the website. Existing active plans continue under the terms applicable at the time of their activation, unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
Governing law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law. Any disputes relating to payments, refunds, or cancellations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
